Terms of Use — Tam İK

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between Codron ("Codron"), the provider of the Tam İK mobile app and the web panel at https://ik.codron.co ("Service"), and the company that uses the Service ("Customer") together with the users the Customer creates accounts for ("User"). By registering for or signing in to the Service you accept these Terms.

The person who registers on behalf of a company represents that they are authorised to do so.

2. The Service

Tam İK is a human-resources application that provides clock-in/out (attendance / PDKS), leave, pay and payroll preparation, personnel cards, information and document requests, kiosk-QR attendance and related management features. Codron reserves the right to develop, change or remove features; material changes are announced with reasonable notice.

Payroll and calculations: the payroll, severance/notice pay, leave and gross-to-net figures the Service produces are for information and preparation purposes. Verifying the results before official filings, social-security (SGK) notifications and payments is the Customer's (or its accountant's) responsibility. The Service is not legal, financial or tax advice.

3. Accounts

• The Customer's authorised representative opens the company account. Employee accounts are created by the Customer's administrators; employees cannot self-register.
• Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on their account. If unauthorised use is suspected, the password must be changed immediately and Codron notified.
• The Customer is responsible for the permissions it grants its administrators and for managing employee accounts (opening, closing, offboarding).

4. Pricing

The terms and any fees under which the Service is provided to the Customer are set by a contract between Codron and the Customer outside the app. The mobile app is free of charge for Users; there is no in-app purchase, subscription or payment, and Users are never charged.

5. Acceptable use

Users may not use the Service:

• for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights;
• to create false attendance records, copy or share the kiosk QR, or bypass access rules;
• to install malware, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer the Service, or overload it;
• to gain unauthorised access to another company's data.

Codron may suspend an account that violates this section.

6. Data and privacy

• Data the Customer and its employees enter into the Service belongs to the Customer. For employee data, the Customer is the data controller and Codron is the data processor; Codron processes this data only to provide the Service and on the Customer's instructions.
• The Customer must inform its employees under KVKK Art. 10, obtain explicit consent where required, and process only the data the Service needs. Requesting special-category personal data is the Customer's responsibility.

7. Deleting the account and data

• A company administrator can delete the company account in the App via Daha fazla (More) → Şirket bilgileri (Company info) → Şirketi sil (Delete company). Deletion removes all company data, the user accounts belonging only to that company, and uploaded files immediately and irreversibly. Exporting records the Customer must keep for legal reasons (Excel / PDF from the web panel) before deleting is the Customer's responsibility. See Account Deletion for details.
• Employees ask their employer to close their account.

8. Service level and liability

• The Service is provided "as is". Codron makes reasonable efforts but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
• Codron takes industry-reasonable technical and administrative measures for backup and security.
• To the extent the law allows, Codron is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, damages arising from using the Service's calculation results without verification, or damages arising from a User's failure to protect their credentials.

9. Intellectual property

The Tam İK software, brand and interface belong to Codron. Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these Terms. The mobile app is additionally subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for the App Store; in case of conflict with these Terms, the Standard EULA governs matters concerning Apple.

10. Changes

Codron may update these Terms. Material changes are announced within the Service or by e-mail. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Adana, Türkiye.
